The following items are an Emergency Repair :
• Burst water service
• Gas leak
• Blocked or broken toilet (if you have only 1 toilet in your property)
• Fault/damage likely to cause injury or danger to your life or limb
• Serious roof leak
• Electrical shock/fault

You must then refer to our preferred contractor list below. Following this: Please ensure you email us on maintenance@therealestateco.com.au to report your emergency in writing.
Please note that a broken air-conditioner/heater or retic is NOT considered an Emergency situation however we will always endeavour to arrange repairs as soon as practicable.

LOST KEYS OR LOCKED OUT?
Office Hours – you can collect our office set of keys and return them to our office within the hour. Identification will be required.
After Hours – contact a Locksmith at your cost. We recommended the following Locksmith
